I currently direct a research and design lab at the Ontario Digital Service, leading and inspiring agile, human-centred design practices in the public service.
We introduce Ontario ministry teams to user research and rapid prototyping, demonstrating what it looks like to work in an agile way to validate assumptions and make better-informed decisions.
Before joining the Ontario Government, I worked in marketing, technical, and design roles in the not-for-profit, public and private sectors.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about community building and sit on the Kitchener Waterloo Community Foundation Board.
In my spare time, when I’m not wrangling my two kids, I like to travel, play board games and watch Asian dramas.
